front grille guard

I am looking for a grille guard. I am wanting something that can carry lights and a winch. I want it to mount directly to the frame (around the bumper). I am interested in the Warn trans4mer system, but am unsure how strong the mount is. Does any of ya'll have this on your trucks? Or have you got any other suggestions? Pictures of your grille guards would be great also.
