Front Hitch - Are there any the come out through the license plate?

I'm want to add a front hitch or tow hooks to my truck, and was wondering if there are any front hitches available that exit the bumper just behind the license plate. I've seen some low riders that had them hidden behind a removeable or flip-down rear plate that looked pretty cool. From what I can tell, the Hidden Hitch and the Drawtite both exit below the bumper, through the air dam; I haven't found a pic of the Warn one.

All the ones I have installed have been below the bumper. To come out behind the plate,would probably require cutting the bumper and a custom made hitch.

Mine comes through the spoiler thing. Cut a neat hole in it and just put the tag on without the bracket. I was told to move the holes about a 1/4 inch in the bracket but I haven't yet. I just put the tag back on and I think it looks ok the way it is. They are stout, I got stuck with the 5er less than than 24 hrs after installing and it worked just fine.
