2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Front link ID?

Can anyone id these components? This is a new truck to me, but I know the history.

There was no mention of these parts or when they were installed. I think about 2008, if I remember right. This was my late fathers pickup.

What part are you refering to? The red parts are the control arms. They appear to be aftermarket.

I have them on my 94 since about 96 or so,stronger than the stock arms that can fold under heavy off roading. and since they don't have the edge like the oem piece they don't rub quite as bad with bigger tires
