front mount receiver hitch for 03?

Is there a front mount receiver hitch that will fit without drilling or welding on an '03 2500? Neither Reese nor Draw Tite has one. I would like to retain my factory tow hooks as well.



Mileage note: With 1350 miles on my truck, I went on a 800 mile CT-PA round trip to pick up a new 20' flat bed trailer. Trailer weighs 2300# unloaded.
