Just did the calipers and hoses up front, was fighting me to the right. Left front hose is a stealer only part if you have rear anti-lock only. My left hose was rubbing the tire & rim:eek: and wore through to the inner hose. I figured I'd do both hoses since I was doing the calipers. Once you get the new hoses on make sure they don't hit the wheel (DUH!) if they do give the bracket that mounts them to the front axel a whack or two to get em where they don't touch the wheel.

Loaded Wagner reman calipers $48 ea. ($50 core ea. ), left front hose $60. 87 (list 86), right hose $24, brake fluid $4. 95. Trying to figure out the purpose of a 3. 5mm shim between the hub and wheel . . . priceless;)

The shim appears to be stock it has 3. 5mm, a big R, this side to wheel and a part number stamped into it:confused: I'm thinking it corrects the front wheel width/something to do with alignment? Does anyone know it's purpose, is there supposed to one on the left side also?
