Front Right tire wear?

My front right tire is wearing aggressively (feathering)on the outside edge to about 3" inward. I just had an alignment done. I had same problem with previous set of tires. My alignment guy said there is absolutely no play in front end (ball joints). I do have some play in my steering box, waiting til I get enough cash to replace it.

Any suggestions on possible cause?

you've got too much toe in. Even though the shop says your in spec you have too much. You want between 1/6-1/8 in toe in measured at the inside lip of the rim same height from the ground front to back.
