Hi, Can anyone tell me if the replacement part # for my front brake rotor is the same for both anti-lock / non-antilock brakes ? I know the hub assy'e have different p/n's due to the sensor.

I got a price to change just the rotors and I want to ensure the new rotor is gonig to be the right one.

Thanks, Ron

Thanks, but DC only sells the hub assy's, complete with the rotor and the hubs are different p/n's due to the ABS. But, I still want to make need to be sure the actual rotors are the same.

If a 4x4, the rotors are available without buying the hub rotor assy. The rotor is the same 4wl abs/rear whl abs. You can better yourself by purchasing a wagner, raybestos or other rotor as DC's rotors are like 170 vs 80+/- from a quality aftermarket unit. I think TRW makes the rotor for Chrysler, but Timken won't part with those unit bearings! :(

Sometime in 1999 they moved the "tone" ring for the 4 whl abs from the axle shaft to the hub bearing? So the hub bearing assy's are different?

The 3500 uses a different hub assy than the 2500. The "ring" that centers the dual wheel adapter on the hub is a smaller diameter than the 2500 trucks, how smart was that eh?

Good luck

Andy
