Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Front Seal Part #

I need the part number for the front crankshaft seal from cummins, anybody have it? Also, any tips on installing the seal, i did the KDP on my truck awhile back and did not replace the front crank seal, and now its leaking, and i want to make sure that it wont leak this time around. Any tips/procedures would be appreciated... .

Does this mean a sleeve for the wear cut on the crankshaft where the seal rides, or a sleeve to install the seal?
