I know this has been posted on before, but for the life of me I can't remember anything about it. I was under the truck the other day performing routine maintanence, and I noticed the front stabilizer bar bushings appear about gone. Short of going to Dodge, what are my options? I saw an ad in the back of the TDR, but it was for a tracking bar rebuild kit. I remember some postings about someone out of South Dakota, I believe, that sold a better replacement for the factory stabilizer. Any help is appreciated.

Randy, Energy Suspensions makes a kit with replacement button bushings for the 'strut pins' [ends of the bar] and greasable polyurethane collars and saddle straps that bolt inplace of OEM's. You'll need the bar diameter for your truck to order. Most aftermarket distributors like Keystone carry this line.

Thanks DieselDogHouse. I was thinking there was a complete replacement stabilizer bar that replaced the factory one, but no one seems to have anything on it. I'll check this out on Monday.

Randy,

If you are talking about the Trac Bar I strongly feel that the DT Trac Bar is the way to go. It's realy heavy duty and has adjustable hiem joints at both ends the drop bracket is fabricated with 1/4" plate steel and black powder coated also the bar itself is striaght. Hope this is what you were talking about. Here is pic's of the DT Bar on my rig.

Thanks BigBadDodge, but I need the stabilizer bar links. I'll try contacting DT Products anyway, maybe they can help. This may be on hold for the time being however - see my post "What a Day" under other.
