I need to replace my front stabilizer shock... ... What are some good after market options? Any feedback would be most appreciated!

I have a superlift dual steer. stabalizer, but i think for a single, bilstein it s a good deal.

Defiants is $600. that sure seems like a lot of jack for a stabilizer.

If you want any Defiant, Lorenz, or Kore suspension products, get used to the prices being a little jacked. Not knocking any three of the companies, but I would have to think their profit margin on many of their products is quite large ;)

I would suggest that maybe you should see the products first hand, know the amount of r&d,and also know the difference in prices before making blanket statements on profit margins. To me if I am going to spend big bucks on a CTD I am only going to add things of the same or better quality. I have not seen any of the generic steering stabilizers match or exceed the oem. How ever the defiant is in a class by itself. It has a hefty price tag but you can hit darn near anything with it and drive away with out injury. I have seen them break rocks,Akcamper hit a big chunk of iron in the road @ 70mph that should have done a ton of damage. The only thing that happened was the finish on the plate got jacked up. You should also not how much higher the shock itself is. I have had to change quite a few stockers that have been crushed enough to bind up the steering.
