2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Front wheel bearing assemblies

I currently have just over 260k on the truck ( 2WD ) and I am still running the original front hub bearing assemblies or unitized hubs. I have never had any noise at all out of them and I am thinking about replacing them just for my peace of mind. I am a little confused on which ones I need. One assembly I looked at had some kind of electrical connection with it. I don't remember any kind of wire connection or harness when I rebuilt the front end unless I missed it. Another had some kind of teeth on the inside for a wheel speed sensor. Who has replaced these and can provide a part number or which one is the correct one? I am looking for a Timken replacement and I think the second is the correct one.

The Tone wheel and sensor are for trucks with 4 wheel ABS.

I may be wrong, I've got a 96, but I don't think the 2WDs have the unit bearing hubs.
