Nevermind I see its a 98. 5 3500 4x4. I would pull the calipers, clean with a wire brush on a drill all the landing areas the pads need to slide on. Then clean out the slider portion of the caliper bolt/pins. lube them well and reassemble. That only costs what 3 maybee 4 dollars and usually is the trick as rust hinders the caliper's natural ability to "Spread apart" and release the pads.

Go with what Tim said. 90% of the time, rust builds up in the slider bolt holes-under the rubber boot. Pull the boot out and clean with gun cleaning brush or round file. Wire wheel takes care of where the pads slide. That should take care of it. Parts stores carry the bolts and boots pretty cheap, if needed. Make sure to use grease made for disc brakes - regular grease won't hold up to the heat.
