Competition Here's one way to drop some weight.

Competition Pulling with auto transmission?

Hey You all... ... ... (A little texas there) I just spoke with Paul at PFI in Fort Collins and we have a Dyno Date. DynoJet 248

Please don't make me do this all by myself. April 24th, saturday.

I will post this on other forums and invite the PSD crew.

There will not be any reprogramming or changing parts while you are on the dyno. If you have a box with multiple settings, OK. We have been doing these at $30 per truck. Everybody gets a couple or 3 pulls. Well maybe more for the same box with different levels.

We should have good weather by then. I hope that we can grill up some stuff, too.

Let me know if you plan to attend. Thanks, LaserBob

Hey Laser,

I may go. Not sure yet. Probably will not run, as I am in need of a clutch. Would be fun day to see our CTDs embarrass those PSDs again. I will try to make it!

Laser Bob, THANKS for the transmission. I'll be there. I know I can do better than 524 hp. Thee 1200 ft lb. torque I can believe. Davids truck ran good and that 500+ hp furd was impressive. Dodge boys watch out it is real. This next Dyno Day will be fun. Snooze you loose, so you better be there.

Mike L.

Laser,

I'm planning on coming. I also may have an idea for a rpm pickup that doesn't involve the optical pickup. Been studying my service manual.

Hey Justin, how you been? I'll see you there. Should be a few 500+ hp trucks there. This one will be GOOD. I hope you found which wire in the looms to use. That magnet thing is a pain.

Mike L.

I can not make this one. Thats the due date for my prego wife.

Made a few small changes and would like to see if I gained the 2 hp I needed for 500.

Happy ford hunting. :D

I was hoping I could make it too, but unfornately I will be down in the Springs moving in on that day. Hopefully if I get done soon enough I may try and get up there to the dyno.

Richard, looking forward to seeing you. Hope you can make this one. It should be a GOOD one. We can use some help holding up our reputation.

Mike L.

I don't think I'll dyno even if I come.

I am AM curious to see if fixing my boost and fuel leaks would improve upon the 390/918 numbers I had.

I don't plan on dynoing again until I get a sunbstantial change in BOMBs. Like wire tap, EDMs, etc...

IF anything, I might come just to spell you, LaserBob. You looked awfully tired after rigging up the 30-40 trucks we had last time!!

Justin
