Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Fuel bleeding back through the supply line fast!

I got my 97 running finally but it will not stay running because of fuel bleeding back through the supply line rapidly. I know I am getting air in the system but not sure where. I changed the two rubber lines by the engine and the lift pump. I did get the whole system blead out even the return line to the filter. Could the Overflow valve be stuck or not working. Please help. I need this truck for Saturday! #@$%!

Also could this be the Fuel heater! The plastic is melted and doesn't work anymore! This would be easy if it was the problem!

I thinm you answered your own question. There a one of the major air leaking points.

ok, one problem the new hoseis to small for the supply line! i have bypasses the fuel heater but still leaking air... probably through the fitting i created!
