Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) fuel check valve ?

I have searched and can not find the part number or where to buy the check valve. Can anyone help?

Are you referring to the one on the VP?

If it's on the VP44 you're talkin about my book shows it as #3941156 seals are 3963988. Should be the same for all VP equipped trucks unless some kind of part number change or modification was done to the valve.

Honestly I do not know if dealers will have it.

went to my local napa today and it is a dealer item. they ordered it and it will be around $45

Cummins will have them as well and if none close can be ordered via the internet. There are several suppliers out there that provide Cummins OEM parts as well may have them.
