well basically stock truck, i work for a car dealership as a tech and business is slow right now, flat rate. so i wanted to get a lil more out of my truck to hold me over till i have some more income in the spring. I adjusted my fuel plate a little, about 1/16th of an inch. my buddy jumps in and thinking he knew what he was doing adjusted the bottom screw on the back of the pump, hmmm, now needless to say... Since i moved the plate i had much more botton end and no top end at all, i was hitting 25 lbs before the mod, now im lucky if i hit 18. so just to rule out the gain some- lose some theory, i put the plate back to stock. now she's a dog, luck to hit 12 lbs! so bassically undrivable, i hade to max out the plate and afc housing and now im reachin 28 lbs, but VERY slowley in 5th gear, i need someone to inform me EXACTLY the function of that bottom screw under the cover on the backside of the pump, and how to get it to spec, we tried adjusting it a few times, and it seems like something that has to find a happy place in the middle. Thanks in advance
