Just installed air dog 150 on friend's truck. He has the Jacobs exhaust brake. The vacuum pump sits directly on top of the port you are suppose to tap into on the CP3. Is there any way to tap into the CP3 without getting rid of the vacuum pump?

I had the same problem with my fass. Since I have an '03 the original pump was located on the motor. I hooked the line to the metal feed line instead of replacing the fitting. Since then I have switched to a PAC and dropped my ever failing vacuum pump system.

I'm going to write another thread about te air dog shortly but it looks like the jacobs is out the door. Nothing but problems. It is a great system for stock trucks. I have friends who have them and no problems for eighty thousand miles. The air pumps do go, but so does every other moving part in the world. It just is not a great system for aftermarket parts. I installed the htt turbo and had to beat the heck out of the fire wall so that the canister does not hit, and now this. By By Jake.
