Fuel Filer Change ’91. 0



I reviewed a few threads here that discuss tips when changing the fuel filter. Are there any special tips on a first generation? Specifically, can you “bump” the engine to fill the filter? or should I prefill the filter? Any other tips would be appreciated. It sounds like there are published instructions in issue 45 if someone can cut/paste this info (it’s my first week)

1st Gens. use a mechanical lift pump, so you can fill the filter before you screw it on or screw it on and use the priming lever on the lift pump.
