Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Fuel Filter Housing interchange

What other years will interchange and be "plug & play" with my 01 fuel filter housing. I'm doing a fuel sys upgrade and want to just swap housings.

What would be the advantage to swapping housings? All housings from '00-'02 were the same. They all have the black plastic top cap that spins off to change fuel filters, IMHO the most user friendly ones to have.

Instead of using bored out Banjo bolts, I'm going to tap the housing for AN pipe fittings. I'd rather mod another housing incase I make a mistake. It's nicer to drive to work than walk. Thanks for the info.

I have my old one if you want it let me know. Its off of my 2000 so its exactly the same.
