Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) fuel filter relocation questions

i am in the process of putting the fuel filter housing up next to the master cylinder on the firewall. i already mounted it there. now my only problem is,is i already cut all three lines. now the ones out and in look like 5/16. i am gonna use fuel line,and two clamps on both ends. now the problem,the little line called the fuel drain manifld line. is it under pressure and how much?i was gonna use 3/16th fuel line with clamps. but if its too much pressure i am gonna double flare it and use brake line and fittings. am i wrong or right?thank you much

well i figured it out. it worked just like i thought. the only problem was getting the air out. thanks fo nothing
