Fuel Filter Replacement Instructions???

A NH fall colors website I was recently browsing says third week of September. The fall colors begin earlier farther north and slowly move south.

We have fall colors in PA already... Not in full bloom though, but it seems to be creepin up earlier this year.

Up in the Catskills the leaves are turning and falling. I don't think its going to be a big foliage fall since the summer has been so dry.
