08, 3500, easy way to change fuel filter?

what I do with Mine is put the left front wheel on a large block of wood turn the wheel to the right some crawl under the truck and disconnect the wires on bottom of filter then back up through wheel well talk a big pair of sliplock plires and loosen the filer put a back under or I should say around it then spin it off finish draining fuel and remove it slowly through fenderwell I have long arm's so this method work's easy for me it may not for someone with a shorter forearm then cycle key several times to refill filter start truck and back down off block .
