2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Fuel Gauge Stopped Working?

Hey guys fuel gauge stopped working. Any ideas on what i should check or it could be. The only code i have is a P 1693. Whatever that is, where do i go for codes?

welcom to the none working fuel gauge. i have had 3 in 356000kms. the fuel sender in the tank is the problem. you either need to drop the tank or lift the front of the box. there is lots of info on the search section about this problem.

mine was stuck on full... . i hit the bottom of the tank with a hammer and it works fine now

Mine is stuck on empyt. Tried hitting the tank to fix it but unfortunately i did not. I gues i will have to get a sender. Where is best place to get one?
