Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Fuel heater/Lift pump

Can anyone tell me the type and size of the inlet and outlet ports on both the fuel heater and lift pump?

I'm not sure what you mean by ports. The fuel lines are 3/8". I don't know what the threads of the fittings are. Nor what size hole is in them.
