Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Fuel Heater?

I have a 95 12 valve and the original fuel heater is still in good shape but after seeing what can happen if it desides to take a crap, should I replace it with the new version now or wait for the inevedible to happen?? How much would it cost for the upgraded parts???

I just eliminated mine altogether, but if you like to keep it geno's garage stocks the parts you need to replace it. Its in the catalog that comes with the TDR mag.

Throw it away. It's worthless even when it is working.

I'm with Joe. Mines been gone now for 2 winters. Not a problem yet.
