Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) fuel hose p/n?

Anyone have the cummins/fleetguard P/N for the fuel hose that goes between the fuel pre-heater and lift pump? It looks like a 'special' hose that is molded to shape. (1996 model year).

Someone suggested using a foot of marine grade hose and running it in a loop so it wouldnt kink, if your in a pinch.
