I have a 2007. 5, 6. 7. Had a water in fuel light that threw a code forwater in fuel sensor or wiring problem. Replace fuel filter (FS2) code came back no water in the fuel. Wiring connector is loose. No dealer or aftermarket pigtail connector or replacement end can be found. Anyone have this problem? If so what did you do?

Havent had that problem in that particular place but in others we try and tighten em back uo with small screwdriver or pick bending where they slide together into smaaler holes...

Did a new sensor come with the filter? You are supposed to change the WIF sensor when you change the filter. The new style housings come with a new sensor installed.

Thanks for the replies. What we did is tightened the fitting up and it seems to be working. Sag2 that is what happened when we replaced the fuel filter which has the sensor built in, the plug that goes in the filter was loose fitting, but we finally got it tightened to hold. I was hoping someone knew of where to get a new plug. We'll just have to see how it goes. Again thanks for your input.

I just looked at the connector website and they do not list a connector for 2007, but do for 2008. It might be worth a try, especially if you have upgraded to the new style filter. PN for 2008 is 05143780AA and is $27 retail.

Thanks sag2. I did the upgrade to the FS2 filter. That is the information I was looking for. I always new this was a great sight. Thanks again.
