fuel leak at feed to common rail?

Hello, guys.
I noticed a slight discoloration at the circled fitting. The discoloration is a yellowish color. As you can see in the photo, this is at the top of the common rail. I have never seen this fitting wet. Would it make sense to change what look likes two sealing washers?

The fuel system in front of the low pressure pump and filter have never been messed with. The truck has ~ 182K miles on it.

Thats the PRV return, not the feed line.
From what it looks I'd not worry about it.
Don't to fix what isn't broken.

It’s a banjo bolt. Put a backup wrench on the check valve and snug the banjo bolt up a bit.
