Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Fuel leak by injector

I developed a leak by the injector on 2 cylinders. It was leaking pretty good, when under load it would leave a puddle. I had a shop look at it and they replaced the orings on all 6. . After 500 miles it is started leaking again. Not bad, just enough that in a few hundred miles you can see a damp spot on the head. Any idea what else could cause this??

Sounds like bad injector lines. Get them from Cummins they are only ~20. 00 each and are easy to change.

I had an injector line crack - very intermittant hard starting, acted like it had air in the system after sitting. We replaced 2 of them, because we couldn't tell for certain which was leaking. I think I have another one leaking, as I'm having the same symtoms as of this week! This time it is headed for a real mechanic, and we'll get the valves set and injectors at the same time!
