Well my lift pump bit the dust! I explored many options and decided, against my judgement, to go with the Raptor 100. I really wanted the entire set up with the filters but money kept me from doing this. I got the unit put on and then test drove it. Came back and found a fuel leak, well my dumb ***** never removed the o-ring that was there with the first lift pump that was on the side of the canister. Broke it down again and put it all back together and found another leak that was coming from one of the bolt holes that held on the OEM transfer pump. Is this possible?? I am going back out to recheck it but I would not thought that was possible and it was diverting fuel from another place but I don't see it. Any help out there with this?

Don't believe ALL what you read, those utility pumps are junk (the Pump and filters attach to same block) your R-100 is more capable with factory canister, and in the future you can add your own filter head and choose the filter style to your liking... If your old pump was attached to the filter canister, the bolts bottom out it would be extremely rare for them to leak. Airdog fittings/plastics are China origin so anything is possible with Dog junk.

I appreciate it and feel like an idiot at the same time. I recently replace the canister cap and used the O-ring that came on it. I took the cap back off and inspected the filter while I was there and compared the O-ring to that of the filter I get from Genos and the O-ring was double in size. I replaced it and have not seen a leak as of yet. Never happy to here that anything is from China but will definitely keep an eye on them. Thanks again for the comment!
