2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Fuel Leak

When I top off the tank on my 01. Fuel leaks out the top of the tank where all the lines go in. From what I can see everything looks tight. If I just fill till when the pump first clicks off,it does'nt leak. My old 98 did this almost since new the 01 started about 3 months ago,got about 120k on it now.

It should not leak at all. The rubber?? gasket which surrounds the fuel sender unit might be the cause or the plastic nut. There is a big round plastic nut that holds all in place. I'd tighten the nut some because it is probably loose.
