My Truck is a 98, 12 valve, 3/4TD Ram, with 70,000mi.

When I start the engine in the morning, air temp below 30degrees F, the engine starts ok, (although I do have to hold down the gas pedal slightly for a few seconds in order for it to remain ideling), but gas leaks out of the drain tube that comes out below the engine. Looks like about a half pint or so leaks out before it stops, after the engine runs for several minutes. Havent noticed this before. Any one have an idea what is happening?

Almost sounds like water is in the filter holding the valve open until it melts. Try opening the drain to release the water when the truck is warmed up.
