Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Fuel line leak??

I have a pin hole leak in the rubber fuel line. The hole is right above where the metal line and rubber line connect. It squirts out like a pulse at idle and after i leave the truck off overnight it wont start without me stomping on the pedal because the line drains out up to that point where the leak is. the rubber line looks like it goes up to somewhere by the fuel filter. I was wondering if there is a certain part number for that rubber hose so i can get it in one piece perfect size?? new to this truck so any suggestions on how to fix the problem or what i should do would be greatly appreciated.

You can use Efi fuel hose mine has been on for about 17 years
