Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) fuel line sizes

I think I may have asked this before, I know someone has, I'm going to replace my fuel lines with CG rated hoses, what were the sizes again? Return and supply lines? I know I'll need at least 4 feet but was unsure of the sizes. Going to use Joe D. s method. Thanks

Return line is 5/16". Feed line is 3/8" and you won't need that much. Also the feed line is under vacuum not pressure, and is not so near sources of heat and vibration, so it seems to last a very long time.
