Fuel Lines Cracking...Will it get kicked out again?

I have noticed severely cracked rubber fuel lines @ the 90deg bend from the back of the motor down to the metal lines. Don't know which is return or supply but I will have to replace both. Do I have to worry about fuel spilling out if I approach from the bottom? Don't want to contaminate myself again... My Significant Other doesn't let me in the house when this happens!!! #ad

NO YOU MAY LOSE A LITTLE FUEL BUT NOT MUCH, THEY ARE A PIA TO REPLACE BUT ONCE I DID MY HARD START PROBLEM WAS GONE, GOOD LUCK.

If you reach just right, you can accomplish the removal and re-install from up top. Use a razor blade to slice the hoses as they'll be fused to the fuel lines on both ends. Be patient and the whole job will go easy. I never go under the trucks for this anymore.
