Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Fuel Plate # ?

I have had several guys on here tell me for my 95 12v 5spd I should go with a #5 fuel plate( see: fuel plate or pump). On ebay I saw a guy with a #4 advertised but I haven't been able to find any charts with a #4 plate listed with ratings only down to #5. Can anyone fill me in on the #4 ratings?

I don't remember the rating anymore but the 'shape' is very agressive especially lower in the rpm band with the 'cut' going in farther than where 0 would be. That's if it's a true TST plate.
