:) :) Ok, After this past weekend trip. I have the mpg figured at 19+, that is about a 3 mpg improvement. over the stock fuel plate, that I started this thread with. I found that it has a bit better bottomend, but the 50mph and up is like being launched from an aircraft carrier catapult. WOW. The plate I put in is very close to the #5 pictured in this same thread, with a sharper taper at the bottom. I installed the plate at the 1/2way point, from the back to front, with the AFC full forward. I still have a stock transmission and most else too. I am driving it lightly till the OD locks at about 50mph then roll on the throttle, and watch out cause it is about to launch. I had once this weekend while trying to get on the Interstate, that the guy in the right lane desided that he would pace me to the end of the merge lane. BOY was he shocked when it came to life and left him in the dust. The guys I had with me were shocked it could run like that. The EGT's are never getting over 550F post turbo. and I guess it is time to change out the 30psi boost gauge, ( I pegged it out). :D

550 Post Turbo

I would say something is wrong with your gauge. I can get to 550 post turbo with my cueernt setup running hard down the highway. I would bet that you are actually close to the "danger zone" if you are seeing over 30 psi of boost.

Just a word of caution,

Ryan
