Fuel Preporator and Pump Question

The Air Dog fuel preporator (and other brands) includes a pump as part of the installation. I'm going to be making some performance modifications to my '04, and have noticed that many shops recommend replacing the stock lift pump with a higher capacity unit. Is the pump on the fuel preporator similar to the performance units recommended by the tuners on TDR? Thanks for your input.

That's what I bought, the stock pump would pull down to 0 @ WOT, the air dog only goes to about 14, runs 15 at idle, plus you get 3 micron filtration vs 10 on the stock unit, however I still run through the factory filter also.

Anyone have on on an 05? I wonder what you do about pump being in the tank.
