2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission fuel pressure gauge entry point

Is this the right point to tap in to get a proper FP reading? If not, where should it be?

That's where I went in with mine. Has worked just fine for over a year.

That's one place to go from. I had mine there for a year before moving it to the bottom of the fuel filter. Reason many run it there is to leave the factory schrader easily accessible for checking FP with a seperate gauge.

Out of a tapped banjo-bolt on the exit (VP-44 side) side of the fuel filter. There is a 90* elbow on the far side of the needle valve that goes up into the bolt. Straight #2 being ran straight to a mechanical boost gauge in the cab.

That's the best place to be... right at the inlet, so you see exactly what goes into the pump.
