Well let me pick you brain alil. What banjo bolt did you replace to mount the isolator too? Yours was mechanical right? How much anti freeze does it take to fill the isolator? Did it have to be filled with the gauge hose on or could you put that on after the fact? Thanks for any info.....

The banjo bolt at the CP3.

Yes, it's a mechanical. I've had bad luck with electric gauges unless it's a voltmeter :-laf

How much anti freeze does it take to fill the isolator?

The isolator itself takes maybe a couple tablespoons.

Did it have to be filled with the gauge hose on or could you put that on after the fact?

The diesel hose comes into the bottom of the isolator. The isolator is split into 2 halves with a diaphragm in between. The anitifreeze fills the top half of the isolator. Then you screw the fittings and gauge hose on.

I have since sold my 305*555 :{ and moved on to the truck you see in my sig. I hope these pics help; also, a syringe works great in filling the line with coolant and diesel.
