I picked up an Autometer electric fuel pressure gauge, the instructions are all straight forward except on where to install the sending unit.

Any recommendations?

thanks for the help

TGriffith,

We have it eazy on our 99's. When you look down on your fuel filter you will see two pressure test ports. If you want to see pre-filter pressure use the port away from the center nut, if you prefer post-filter pressure use the one next to the nut.

Good luck and have fun.

Chris

I would put the sending unit on an extension hose and add a snubber. Don't over tighten it some guys have cracked there filter housing. You can get a 10 um subber at www.mcmaster.com works great.
