Hey guys,

I want to install a fuel pressure gauge on my '99. Any suggestions on where to get a gauge? Checked with the local Autozone and O'Reilly's but they don't have anything that will work.

Special order from any particular company???

Oh yes, I will be putting mine inside the cab.

Thanks

I just put mine in today. I got if from Summit Racing. It is a mechanical auto meter gauge ultra-lite series with an isolator for in the cab mounting. Looks pretty trick, I polished a piece of aluminum and mounted it in the cubby to the right of the stereo.

Westach from Geno's. 0 problems w/ it in 2+ years. Seems to match the factory pretty well too. Now their transmission temp gauge is another matter entirely. I've replaced the thermocoulpler 3X. All under warranty thankfully. When It's got a working therm. it works great. The combo boost/EGT gauge has worked great for almost 3 years w/ the exception that the line from the boost fitting has split a couple of time, but it's an easy fix. It's some type of rubber and I guess the engine heat causes it to split at the air horn fitting. It's long enough that I just cut about 1" off and zip tie it back on.

FO psi gauge

I chose Dakota Digital, recommend the teal vice blue that is in the picture, comes with a low pressure warning, display will flash and whatever point you set it. Comes in round or rectangular shape Going on two years and no problems.

I also recommend the Dakota Digital. Have had mine for over a year with no sender or guage problems. Is very responsive and looks cool.

FP gauge

Thanks guys,

I'll start going thru what everyone has recommended and go from there.

Wish I had more cash to fix this BOMBing bug I got!

hehehehe

Suggest you email or call which ever gauge company and there book---bought my first set of FP gauges from Geno's, then started looking at Westach's book--boy do they have more!!!!

(real friendly folks also)... . I would suggest you get the Westach 0-30 lb--electronic (they use it in planes) the electricial sender is subject to the rattle of our engines-- R, J. B.
