The 0 - 30 psi should be fine if running a FASS or GDP Walbro, etc. These would put out typically around the 20 psi range or less.
I believe the only reason for running higher pressures than this would be feeding a high flow CP3 or dual CP3's.
As for part numbers, call DieselManor and they will recommend everything you need. Running a fuel isolator is up to you... some say yea, others nay. This is simply a diaphragm of sorts that translates the pressure from the fuel into pressure in another medium (ethylene glycol, etc).
