Suggestions please. I am going to put a fuel pressure gauge in. 0-30Psi or 0-100psi? I plan on upgrading to a FASS or similar at some point. Also, does anyone have a list of part numbers or required parts. I have been looking on Dieselmanor. Installation difficult?

The 0 - 30 psi should be fine if running a FASS or GDP Walbro, etc. These would put out typically around the 20 psi range or less.

I believe the only reason for running higher pressures than this would be feeding a high flow CP3 or dual CP3's.

As for part numbers, call DieselManor and they will recommend everything you need. Running a fuel isolator is up to you... some say yea, others nay. This is simply a diaphragm of sorts that translates the pressure from the fuel into pressure in another medium (ethylene glycol, etc).

Should be about 11 PSI. Tying the banjo bolt happens underneath the fuel filter bowl (you should see 2 lines, one in from the fuel tank, one out to the fuel rail). Tie into the one out to the fuel rail... . at least, on my 2006. May depend on what truck you are talking about.

Most modded cp3 prefer 50psi at the cp3... Might want to think about that before you spend closed to 200 bucks on a fuel pressure guage...
