Sixpack-
First of all, the banjo bolt I got from Geno's would not accept the adaptor or grease gun hose more than 1-2 turns, I had to re-tap it for 1/8" NPT. I don't know why this is, but I'm not the only one who has had this problem.
Permatex #2 for sealing.
The leads you get from Westach are a joke, they are not long enough. Plan on buying some stranded wire (I used 18 AWG) for splicing additional wire to the factory jumpers, including the light bulb! Definitely buy green, black and red, I also bought white.
Heat shrink tubing to cover the soldered joints above.
Depending on how you mount your sender in the engine compartment you might (should) need a bracket to mount the sender.
Solderless terminals if you want to go that route (I did) for the grounds I had to drill both in the engine compartment and in the cab.
Also, Geno's will give you an angled 1/8" adapter to get your grease gun hose (gonna need one of them too) turned in the right direction, but you'll need a male to female adaptor (sleeve, female both sides) to connect the male of the g/g hose to the male of the sender.
If you go the grease gun hose route I'd suggest 18" and look for the hose that has the brass ends (not the silver) as the brass are tapered (which you want) and the silver are not.
Good luck... ... . zman
