Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) changing fuel filter??

I'm thinking about putting in a Fuel Pressure Gauge on my truck. I would like it ot be a digital gauge as I aready have SPA Boost/EGT installed. I would like them to match but SPA only makes Dual readout gauges and I would only like a Fuel Press. readout. Does anyone out there know if anyone else makes Digitial readout fuel gauages?

Also on my 2001 the fuel press. sensor taps in at the injection pump fuel intake banjo fitting. Does this give an inaccurate reading of the LP pressure as the injection pump is also sucking fuel at that point? or does the fuel enter the injection pump at low pressure at that point and then get kicked up for the injectors?

As Always thanks in advance for any comments or knowledge that can be shared.

Does SPA make a dual display with 2 fuel pressure displays? I have a Westach with a small switch and fuel pressure sensors pre and post fuel filter. For a slight extra cost you can monitor the pressure drop across the filter. In the event you have problems you have 2 pressure sensors to compare.

Just remember that for your POST LP fuel preas reading MAKE SURE to REMOTLEY mout your sender as the shockwaves that reverberate from the VP WILL eat just about every sendor on the market rendering it inacurate. Quite simply put a 16 inch length of GOOD diesel fuel line quality rubber hose between the sending unit and the VP44.

As for a digital guage Cyberdyne make em too altho it wont EXACTLY match it will be digital.
