I just ordered the Autometer 0-15 PSI fuel pressure gauge. Is there an easy area to install this sending unit or do I have to buy some special fittings. TIA

You can remove the schrader valve in the test fitting on the pump inlet and use a JIC fitting to hook your sender or line to the sender, or do what I'm doing which is installing a tee between the fuel filter and pump. There is already a short lenght of hose connecting these two pipes, just cut one a bit shorter and install a tee with two short pieces of fuel hose and run a hose to the sender mounted somewhere away from the vibration.

What is a JIC fitting?

Red,JIC is a common hydraulic fitting.

What I found easier to do is remove the banjo bolt on the injection pump that connects to the hose from the fuel filter, then drill and tap a 1/8"NPT port in the top of it. There is much more room to work there and it's a solid mount for the sender. I felt that the weight of the sender along with the diesel vibration could break the sender off the top of the fuel filter.
