I am installing a fuel pressure guage at the filter and am wondering what pressure I should see with the stock lift pump? I am going to install a BD replacement that is rated at 150 GPH @ 10 psi.

after filter low idle around 10-14, wot around 3-7 with smarty jr if you have the filter mounted lift pump, i have seen big differences from stock pump to stock pump so it is hard to tell, why the need for a lift pump with just a jr

Thanks for the detailed reply. It does OK with the 'JR but I'm a little concerned about it dropping to 3PSI. Isn't that bad for the injection pump? I also have a quadzilla I stack it with:D and may be changing the Smarty Jr with a adjustable box. Oo.

as long as you have a positive pressure number in the inlet of the cp-3 you will be fine, it is when your fuel pressure goes into a vaccum it creates cavitation. :)
