Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) fuel presure sending unit?

does anybody know if you will get an accurate reading if you do not bleed the air from the line to sending unit?

I get pretty accurate results when I check the pressures in my tires and I don't bleed the air out of them I intentionally left the air in the twenty inch hoses that connect transfer pump inlet and transfer pump outlet to senders for my dual fuel pressure gauge. No problems in 9 months.

No problems, did not bleed air. Should not make a difference, both air and fuel are fluids. willard

There would be no pressure difference, but since air compresses and fuel doesn't, the air in theory can act as a cushion if there are pressure spikes, IMHO.
