IMO when you see diesel 20-30 cents more per gallon than regular gas, you do not have OPEC to blame -- you can blame the people elected to office (and the tree huggers)!

Last time I filled up a couple of weeks ago it was $2. 109 in Holland, MA. Beginning of the week it was $2. 099 in Sturbridge, MA.

At least it doesn't look like the price's are being "fixed", just what the market will bear. I _AM_ glad I have a $25. 00 a week gas allowance from the company I work for Have taken 2 long trips (no hauling) but have gone from 11. 8 to 15 MPG in about 2500 miles.

We are at $2. 19 9 this AM but the price has been as high as $2. 42 this winter depending on where you get it. Gas here in New York state is $1. 99 today for regular. I bought my 03. 5 to beat the gass prices and got fooled ... . lol Not much we can really do.

Filled up here in Gig Harbor, WA, yesterday, and it was up 30 cents from last week alone... . to 2. 44. Went by the station this morning and it was already 2. 49, in less than 24 hours. I won't even look tomorrow.

$1. 91 in Belle Mead, NJ. Mobil or Shell, take your pick. It's the only diesel for miles, and it's directly between two busy areas: Princeton and Hillsborough.

In Houston I fillup at the Wally-World Neighbor store around the corner. Yesterday $1. 689, that is why I fill up there. Of course I get about 1. 2mpg better if I use Chevron or Shell diesel.



All others between $1. 869 and $1. 959 around town.

God I'm going to hate leaving Mexico this June, last fill up 1. 66 a gallon. You have to realize Mexico produces most if not all it's petroleum products, and the people (government) owns the oil company.

The U. S. could do the same thing if the enviro-nazis were rounded up and shipped off to Iraq and used to clear mine fields

The price of diesel, at the Flying J, is the highest in the country right now in Washington State. It has gone up $. 43 in the last 10 days. That's what we get for having a refinery just up north of Seattle. They must be shipping it to Canada. Oh well... Somethings never change... Could get real interesting this summer...

$2. 20 and $2. 15 in Lincoln, CA. :--) Of course I went to the $2. 20 one first and almost filled up (quit at $60. 00), then drove by the $2. 15 on my way home. It was $2. 04 a couple of weeks ago. I didn't even get a kiss.

$2. 25 30 miles north of Boise and $2. 30 in Boise. But that was this afternoon. Who knows about tomorrow? Larv
